Hi Tech Insulation Services is frequently looking to fill full-time positions for mechanical insulators who are reliable, hardworking, and are willing to put forth the best effort to maintain our exceptional reputation. Competitive Pay
Exact wages depend on experience and knowledge of trade. Raises are typically issued within the first 30-60 days of employment if all is going well.
Career Advancement
You will likely eventually become a foreman, be assigned a company vehicle, and run your own job sites.
Company Vehicle
Foreman at Hi Tech are issued a company vehicle. These vehicles are meticulously maintained, and most are less than 5 years old.
Overtime Opportunities
During our busy seasons, employees have the opportunity to earn some extra cash by working slightly longer days along with optional Saturdays.
Paid Time Off
Eligible employees receive paid vacation days plus 7 paid holidays per year.
