Park Danforth - Portland, ME

The Park Danforth, a senior housing facility located on Stevens Avenue in Portland, recently completed a large addition and renovation project consisting of 56 new apartments, an underground parking garage, theater, auditorium, a salon, store, and more. Hi Tech Insulation performed the installation of all mechanical insulation on 12,000 square feet of duct, 34,500 feet (6.5 miles!) of plumbing and heating, kitchen exhausts, and we even insulated a major diesel-powered fire pump using a calcium silicate covering. All rooms are now occupied.
